Returns & Exchanges 

At ARÔME NOIRE, we want you to love your fragrance. If you’re not completely satisfied with your scent, we offer a 30-day exchange or store credit policy

30-Day Returns 

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order

To be eligible for a return: 

  • The bottle must still contain at least 90% of the original fragrance  
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging  
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided  
  • Items purchased during sale periods, clearance events, or marked final markdown promotions (e.g. 50% off or similar discounted sale pricing) are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Standard promotional or welcome discount codes remain valid, provided the item was not purchased as part of a sale or clearance event

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted. 

Exchanges or Store Credit 

Approved returns are eligible for either: 

  • Exchange for another ARÔME NOIRE fragrance, or  
  • Store credit issued as a digital gift card for use on our website  

Store credit never expires and can be used on any product in our store. 

How To Start a Return 

To begin a return, please contact us at: 

info@aromenoire.com.au 

Include the following information: 

  • Your order number  
  • The fragrance you wish to return  
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or store credit  

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. 

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ARÔME NOIRE cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Please include photos of: 

  • The product  
  • Packaging  
  • Shipping label  

We will organise a replacement or store credit as quickly as possible. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned: 

  • Items returned with less than 90% of the fragrance remaining  
  • Products returned outside the 30-day return window  
  • Gift cards  
  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or final markdown promotions (including 50% off events or similar discounted campaigns)
